Best Quality Auto
A luxury auto broker, running on text messages.

The problem
Mike has been buying cars at auction for years. He is good at it. His clients trust him with $40,000 wires because he has earned it.
But the business itself was held together with duct tape. Every lead lived in his phone. Every deal lived in his head. Every client update happened over text. When he wanted to know how much money he made last month, he counted it on paper.
He did not need a SaaS. He had tried a few. They were built for car dealerships with twenty employees, not for one operator who knows every client by name. He needed software that worked the way he actually worked.
What we built
A complete two-sided platform: a public marketing site to bring in new clients, and a back-office CRM to run the business.
The marketing site
Single-page, mobile-first, built to convert visitors into qualified leads. Hero, how-it-works, recent finds, FAQ, contact form. License number and trust signals up top. Every form submission lands directly in the CRM as a new lead, with an email notification to Mike within seconds.

The CRM (the real work)
Four screens. That is it. Built around how the business actually runs.
Leads Inbox
Every contact-form submission, every referral, every walk-up. One place. One color-coded status. One tap to call.

Deals
Every car in pipeline, from "watching at auction" to "delivered to client." Costs in, sale price out, days held, profit per unit. The thing Mike used to track in his head is now visible at a glance.

Clients
A simple contact list with what each one is looking for, what they have bought before, and how much they have spent over time. Lifetime value calculated automatically. Tap a name, see everything.

Money
Three numbers. Spent. Brought in. Profit. Plus a list of every car sold this month with its margin. No charts. No filters. No dashboard widgets. Just the numbers he actually checks.

What we left out, on purpose
No client portal. His clients call and text him. They always will.
No auction integrations. He has his own sources and twenty years of judgment. The app records what he decides, it does not second-guess him.
No notifications, no automated follow-ups, no AI suggestions. Every feature we considered was tested against one question: "Will Mike actually use this?" If the answer was no, it did not ship.
Built-in extras
- Digital business card he can text to new prospects
- Automated email notifications when a lead comes in
- Mobile-first design, every button thumb-sized, every form voice-input ready
- Photo upload from camera directly into the deal record

The result
Shipped in under four weeks. Replaced a Notes app, a spreadsheet, and a notebook. He uses it every day.
"AlvinWalker built our entire auto brokerage platform. Public site, CRM, lead tracking, everything. They asked the right questions upfront, moved fast, and delivered exactly what we needed. No surprises."
The stack
Installable to the home screen on iPhone and Android. No app store required.
The takeaway
Most founders running real businesses do not need more software. They need less. They need the right four screens, built around how they actually work, with everything else stripped out.
That is what we built for Best Quality Auto. That is what AlvinWalker.studio builds for every client.
