Scope Alignment
Most senior professionals apply to roles they are structurally misaligned with and never know why they did not advance.

The problem
Senior professionals spend weeks tailoring resumes and preparing for interviews, only to be passed over for roles they were genuinely qualified for. The rejection rarely comes with an explanation. The candidate assumes it was the competition, the timing, or bad luck.
The real reason is almost always structural misalignment. The candidate was applying at the wrong scope level — too junior in budget authority, too narrow in strategic responsibility, or too thin in team leadership for the band the role actually required. No recruiter will tell you this. No job description will tell you this. You have to figure it out yourself.
Most people never do. They apply again. They get passed over again. The cycle continues.
What we built
A diagnostic engine that analyzes a resume against a target job description across three scope dimensions — Budgetary, Strategic, and Team — and returns a complete career calibration report in under 60 seconds.
The Fit Score and Band positioning
The engine produces a precise Fit Score and places the candidate on a seniority band relative to the target role. Not a vague "you're a good fit" — a specific number, a specific band, and a specific explanation of where the gap is and why it exists.
ATS keyword gap analysis
Most resumes fail before a human ever reads them. The engine identifies the exact keywords present in the job description that are missing from the resume, ranked by frequency and importance. The candidate knows precisely what to add before they submit.
Rewritten resume bullets
The engine rewrites the candidate's existing bullets to better reflect scope, impact, and the language the target role is looking for. Not generic improvements — targeted rewrites based on the specific job description being analyzed.
STAR interview answer, outreach templates, and 30/60/90-day roadmap
A complete STAR-format interview answer for the most likely behavioral question, a recruiter outreach template, a hiring manager outreach template, and a 30/60/90-day plan for the first three months in the role. Everything a candidate needs to go from application to offer, in one report.
Branded three-page PDF report
Everything above is delivered as a clean, branded three-page PDF. Designed to be saved, printed, and referenced throughout the job search. Not a dashboard to log back into — a document to work from.
The result
Senior professionals using Scope Alignment know exactly where they stand before they apply. The guesswork is gone. The structural misalignment is visible. The fixes are specific. The report is ready in under 60 seconds.

The takeaway
The best AI tools do not replace human judgment. They give people the information they need to exercise it. Scope Alignment does not tell you whether to apply for a job. It tells you exactly what you would need to change to be competitive for it, and lets you decide.
That is the right use of AI in a high-stakes decision. Not a black box. A diagnostic.
